Living space & design
On 140 square meters, the holiday apartment on the upper floor of Villa Schwarzwaldblick combines modern design with typical Black Forest elements. The light-flooded apartment, renovated in 2024, combines modern elements with lovingly restored details. They give it its unique character.
The spacious living area offers a huge glass front with a view of the greenery, a comfortable corner sofa, a cozy seating area, and an electric fireplace. It is a lovely place to linger, enjoy game nights, and spend time together. On the 2 balconies, you can enjoy the morning and evening sun in every season, and your coffee or a glass of wine with a dreamy view of the green Schutter Valley. In the bright kitchen-diner with its new, fully equipped kitchenette, you cook together and sit at the large oak table.
Sleeping
The holiday apartment has three stylishly furnished bedrooms for up to 6 people.
- Bedroom 'Magnolia': A high-quality rattan bed (160 cm) on a new oak floor, surrounded by restored wooden furniture that reflects the traditional charm of the region.
- Bedroom 'Sonnenblume ': A cozy solid-wood bed (180 cm) and a white Berber wool rug, plus modern accents and antique details. The special extra is the infrared cabin (1 person). It distributes warmth evenly and helps to regenerate the body and mind.
- Bedroom 'Talblick': A high-quality rattan bed (160 cm) with 2 reversible mattresses (H2/H3), a light Berber wool rug and a mix of old and new. It also includes a comfortable Alcantara sofa, a desk, and a balcony. For hygiene, the mattresses are fitted with protectors, and in some cases with encasings against dust mites.
Living area
The bright living area is the perfect place to relax after an eventful day. The large lounge area and the antique seating area with a round table stand in front of the glass front and the balcony (with awning, chairs and loungers). In every season and at any time of day, you look out over the Black Forest valley. The modern electric fireplace creates a warm glow in the evening and is easy to operate.
Workstation & WLAN
In the living room, you will find a workstation with a monitor, docking station, keyboard, and mouse. Wi-Fi is free of charge. Whether you are working, streaming your favorite shows, or planning your trip for the next day, the fast connection keeps you online.
Outdoor area
Two balconies offer a spectacular panoramic view of the Black Forest. Start the day with breakfast in the fresh air or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening against the picturesque backdrop.
Kitchen & dining area
The new kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, dishcloths, washing-up liquid and basic spices are provided.
The magnificent oak table offers plenty of space for sociable meals. Sturdy wood, oak flooring and modern and antique design elements make the dining area an inviting meeting place for family and friends.
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms with natural daylight: one with a shower and WC, one with a bathtub and WC. Both have a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available.
