Villa Schwarzwaldblick has been furnished with great attention to detail, blending antiques and modern touches to make us feel right at home. Comfortable sofas, game-friendly seating areas, spacious dining tables, and electric fireplaces invite cozy get-togethers.


The kitchens are fully equipped with new appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher), including a Nespresso coffee machine (in the upper-floor flat). The beautiful views of the greenery from the balconies and terraces invite you to linger. Plenty of seating and lounge furniture.


Professionally cleaned

Our team adheres to the highest cleaning standards. We clean each apartment between stays, primarily using environmentally friendly cleaning products (including Ecolab).


Workplace & Wi-Fi

Our apartments are ideal for working and relaxing. Each apartment has a workstation with a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and docking station, plus fast Wi-Fi (free of charge). Fiber optic connectivity will be available from approximately 2025.


Drinking water

The water in Seelbach comes exclusively from springs in the side valleys and is of excellent quality. Its mineral content is equivalent to that of mineral water.

  • Is there parking at the apartments?

    You can park directly on the street in front of the holiday apartment. Additional public parking is available very close by, underneath teh house.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Contactless check-in is possible from 3:00 PM (with Nuki codes). On the day of departure, we ask guests to vacate the holiday apartment/house by 10:00 AM 

    Check-in with personal details: contactless, in advance.

  • How big are the apartments?

    The ground-floor apartment is 200 m², and the attic apartment is 140 m².

  • Shopping

    The village has 2 large supermarkets (Norma and Edeka), open Monday to Saturday until 9:00 PM. There is also a pharmacy, a butcher, 4 bakeries, and a gardener who sells good vegetables.

  • Getting around: bus, e-bike, car sharing, train, airport

    There are 3 bus stops in the village. The nearest train stations are in Lahr and Biberach. There is a petrol station and 2 EV charging stations. E-bike rental and car sharing are available. The nearest airports are Baden-Baden and Basel.

    Villa Schwarzwaldblick in Seelbach has two spacious holiday apartments. One is on the ground floor with 200 m² of living space. The second is on the upper floor and offers 140 m² of living space. Both apartments can be booked separately.

    Both apartments have three bedrooms each. Both are designed for 6 people.

  • How many people can stay at Villa Schwarzwaldblick?

    Each holiday apartment sleeps up to six people. If both apartments are booked together, up to twelve guests can be accommodated.

  • Are there balconies and terraces?

    Yes. The upper-floor apartment has two balconies with beautiful views of the surroundings. The ground-floor apartment has one balcony and 2 large terraces.

  • Is there an infrared cabin?

    Yes. Yes. The upper-floor apartment has its own infrared cabin.

  • Is free Wi-Fi available?

    Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in both holiday apartments. Fiber-optic cables have been laid, and we expect the connection to go live from 2027.
