Living space & design

On a generous 140 square meters, the Villa Schwarzwaldblick combines modern design with typical Black Forest elements. Lovingly renovated in 2024, the light-flooded vacation apartment impresses with a harmonious combination of modern elements and lovingly restored details that give it its unique character.

The spacious living room with its huge glass front and view of the greenery, comfortable corner sofa, cozy seating area and atmospheric fireplace (electric), invites you to relax and enjoy games evenings and cozy get-togethers. On the 2 balconies, you can enjoy the morning and evening sun, your coffee or a glass of wine with a fantastic view of the green Black Forest valley at any time of year.

In the bright, spacious eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped new kitchenette, it is a pleasure to indulge in culinary delights and sit together at the large oak table.

Sleeping

Our vacation apartment offers three stylish & allergy-friendly bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:

Bedroom 'Magnolia': A high-quality rattan bed (160 cm) on new oak flooring, surrounded by elegant, restored wooden furniture that reflects the traditional charm of the region.

Bedroom 'Sunflower': A cozy solid wood bed (180 cm) and white Berber wool carpet, combined with modern accents and antique details, create a harmonious ambience with a special equipment element: enjoy the soothing effect of our infrared cabin. This exclusive feature contributes to relaxation and helps to regenerate the body and mind by evenly distributing the soothing warmth.

Bedroom 'Talblick': High-quality rattan bed with 2 reversible mattresses (H2/H3), light-colored Berber wool carpet, with an appealing mix of old and new, comfortable Alcantara sofa, desk and private balcony access. For hygienic reasons, the mattresses are fitted with mattress protectors, some with encasing (against mites).

Living area

The bright, light living area is the perfect place to relax after an eventful day:

The spacious living area or antique seating area with a round table in front of a large glass front and balcony (with awning, seating and loungers) invite you to relax and be together at any time of the year and day with a fantastic view of the Black Forest valley. The stylish modern electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and invites you to spend relaxing evenings. Enjoy the cozy warmth and pleasant ambience of this modern fireplace, which is also easy to operate.

Workstation & WLAN

In the living room, you will find a workstation with a screen, docking station, keyboard and mouse. WLAN is, of course, available to you free of charge. Whether you want to work, stream your favourite shows or organize your travel plans for the next day - the fast internet connection ensures that you are always online.

Outdoor area

Two balconies offer spectacular panoramic views of the Black Forest. Start the day with breakfast in the fresh air, or enjoy the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the picturesque views of the surrounding nature.

Kitchen & dining area

Fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, the new kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Crockery, pots and pans, cutlery etc. as well as dishcloths, washing-up liquid and basic spices are provided. The focal point of the dining area is a magnificent oak table, which offers plenty of space for convivial meals. The harmonious combination of robust wood, oak flooring and modern & antique design elements makes this area an inviting meeting place for your family and friends.

Bathrooms

Villa Schwarzwaldblick has two daylight bathrooms. One with shower and WC, one with bathtub and WC, each with hairdryer and magnifying mirror. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available.

The infrared cabin offers special wellness comfort.

Parking

Parking is available in the courtyard of the house or in the surrounding public area.
